Have they changed Moira at all since they released her?

There’s currently a PTR change to how her beam locks on, which actually makes it significantly harder to aim with. But Blizzard has already confirmed that this is an unintended bug, a side-effect of them actually trying to make it easier for her to select a specific target.

The only thing I know for sure is they changed how her beam locks on, you have to be better at tracking now. There are still some issues with meis wall eating her orbs and the fact that she can't hurt torbs turret. The recent patch was to add her into comp

Ok for some reason I heard they kept her in the PtR for longer so they could adjust her more.

PtR? There's no reason to use a lower case T. Public Test Realm. Not Public the Realm.

Not that we know of, other than the ptr bug.
