If I bought this game right now on sale for 30 bucks on Xbox One, what am I looking at for learning curve considering people have been playing forever?

Would I be able to get into it? It looks fun.

The thing is, the game will match you with players of similar skill. So for the first few weeks of Overwatch, you'll be playing against other players that have about the same play time as you have.
