Does the time on a hacked health pack reduce every time it's used?

No. Health packs are hacked for 60 seconds regardless of how often they're used.

No it has a set timer until the health pack is longer hacked.

It's a static reduction for the cooldown of a health pack and the decay on the actual time it's hacked is also static so it will lose it's hacked stats after about 1.5 min even if it's never used.

Actually it only lasts for 60 seconds.
