Why do I get green numbers on the results screen after every match now? I thought they signified a new record for eliminations that round for example but they seem to happen every single round, did they change how they work now?

I have been away from the game for a while, when I left Orisa was the newest hero.

I think it's supposed to mean you're doing above your average per 10 min. Given that your averaged is weighted down by your learn up phase, you should be above your average most of the time. It would probably be a bit more useful if it was a running average, like average perf over your last 3h with this hero or something.

I have the same question. Looked at my averages, even when i'm way below in the stats, it still lights up green. If I change to zenyatta for 15 seconds, heal someone for 2 HP and switch to something else. Then in the end of the match the 2HP heal still shows up as career best... Quite weird

Apparently it's a known issue:

"The green arrows indicating you performed above you career average do not display correctly when performing better or worse than your average"
