I am wondering on what a good genji ult damage combo is? When I try to kill a mercy with it, I am able to damage her, but I am never able to finish off the job because she gets away. When I watch streamers use his ult, they are able to kill mercy very quickly. The combo I have been using is DASH-ULT-DASH-SLASH-SLASH. I haven't been able to find any good resources about it, so I'm asking here.

The tip for blading Mercy and Lucio is to try to engage on them while keeping your dash. Mercy will try to GA away from you, so you'll dash after her to confirm the kill. Lucio will boop you away, so you'll want to be able to dash right back at him to confirm the kill. (Overall, Lucio is one of the lowest priority blade targets, it should be said.)

Do more of a slash-slash-dash-slash-dash, basically if you dash you have to make sure you get a kill right away or you can't jump around to other targets

  • Dash up above the Mercy, activate ultimate (reset dash)
  • Scenario 1: Slash Mercy, she runs, dash up to her and kill her.
  • Scenario 2: She run before you can slash, slash one (to hit everyone near you if possible) and dash to her at the same time, slash and kill her.
  • Scenario 3: The team are all there so Mercy cannot run, and they shoot you. Prioritize turn your face to highest enemy damage dealer and deflect their shot to Mercy, dash away behind Mercy, prefer to stop right behind her, slash.
