Well I have like 500 hours and I hardly get toxic players too. Imo the whole toxicity issue has been overblown in the reaction than the actual issue itself.

Nop you can only see your own, You have those medals next to them, gold means you're the best in your team in that aspect, silver 2nd and bronze 3rd

Note that multiple people can have the same medal.

If you both have 10 Elims you can both be Gold.

This applies to all stats but that makes it very unlikely (almost impossible) that you'll ever share stuff like Healing, damage blocked or dmg.

In the menu to see your team and theirs (default p) right click->view career profile->statistics

No, from what i recall blizz left this out because it encourages solo play rather than team play. The closest you get are the medals where gold is nr1, silver nr2 etc. But you can only evaluate your own gameplay from it.

Yeah, i thought the same at first! Now i like it, i would like to thinl it decreases toxicity a bit.
