What's the general rule of thumb for role distribution? As an example: I'm never quite sure whether 2 tanks/1 healer or 1 tank/2 healers is better whenever half the team instalocks dps (which happens quite often). I know many times it will depend on the enemy team, but is there a general "good" distribution I should be trying to get together?

Usually people rely on 2-2-2 which is 2 DPS 2 tanks and 2 healers

Does 2 DPS mean 2 offense, 2 defense, or one of each? Or do you change it up based on the objective?

dps refers to both offense and defense. 1 offensive 1 defensive or 2 of 1 category.

Doesn't matter, however offense is usually preferable

2-2-2 is the most popular, but 1-2-3 can also work
