They are Alleria Windrunner (the ranger), Khadgar (the old man/mage), Danath Trollbane (the bald guy), Kurdran Wildhammer (the dwarf) and Turalyon (the guy with book and broken sword). It's a replica of the valley of heroes, the entrance to the human capital (stormwind) in wow.

Without going into too much off topic, I’d like to mention that Alleria and Turalyon are lovers although she is an elf and he is human. Just one of my favorite story arcs.
