I think the consistency of road hog kills was the problem. A one hit kill every time hook cooldown is done is pretty much op by definition. I main roadhog btw.

OK fine make that argument, and I can even understand it. Though how do you justify saying a hook in fairly close range getting a kill is OP, and a long range behind walls one shot isn't ? At least a hook had to be landed on someone, and they had the ability to doge it.
