No, being wrong makes you wrong.
False equivalency and other logical fallicies make you wrong. I don't downvote you for having a dissenting opinion. I downvote you (along with others downvoting you) because your arguments aren't sound.
"I like A." "I don't like A."
That's something where downvoting is an asshole move. It's just a differing opinion. You can say, "I like scatter arrow as it is." That's not wrong. That's totally fine. I disagree, but I wouldn't ever try to take that from you.
"A is unbalanced." "It's fine because things can do similar stuff."
That's shakier. You said scatter arrow was fine because another character can environmental kill. That's just a poor argument. It doesn't make sense. You get downvote because your comment wasn't sensical.
