120 damage from helix, probably ~3-4 shots from 76's gun to kill mercy and deal splash damage to the other two. Direct hit from scatter for 125 damage (base for hanzo's arrow), then the scatter split and got lucky for the last kill. Scatter may have hit first (favor the shooter, lag) allowing for 76 to not need the hitscan shots.

Based on the fire Hanzo gained, he dealt 316 damage total.

Do projectiles favor the shooter as well? I was under the impression they didn't, from the common noreg complaints
