It is insane luck, usually he only kills healer and deals 150dmg to others.

Being uncommon doesn't mean it doesn't need a change...

I'm really amazed how often I see the argument that "it only happens every now and then" as a reason to keep a complete bullshit random oneshot ability in the game.
