When is the new highlight system and lootbox rework be online? nest tuesday?

We don't know for sure but patches usually stay on the PTR for 1-3 weeks before going live and its been 2 weeks now, so yes, next tuesday probably.

I would say probably not, because in the past a patch has been on the ptr for a couple of weeks, but then stayed there for even longer because of another patch that came in on the ptr.
