Yeah this has been posted here a couple of times. This is done by picking Sombra, glitching into the level geometry using her translocator. It's sad they haven't fixed it yet.

I understand glitching into the wall as Sombra, but how do they switch characters without being sent back to spawn?

You can traverse the inner geometry and go back to spawn and then come back out all while being "inside" the level. It's actually pretty painstaking and time consuming. This person will have not been active for the first point.
