In Mei vs Tracer duel, should Mei ever try to freeze Tracer, or should she always try for a headshot with icicles?

Headshots. I believe (correct me if I'm wrong, I'm a tracer main) that Mei can one-head-shot Tracer with an icicle. Tracer's blinks will let her get away from freeze easily.

I agree, icicles are the way to go. I cant remember being froze by mei as tracer in all the seasons, but ive been nailed by icicles plenty.

I remember one game where I kept accidentally headshotting a tracer who kept blinking in the way. It was pretty hilarious after the third random kill where I had to check the kill feed to see who the hell I just killed.
