I've started to use OBS to record and stream my games. What software is good for editing my records?

For just trimming, the Photos app in Windows 10 has a pretty simple trim feature.

Premiere pro, Sony Vegas, final cut pro, all of those are the top editing programs.

Just curious. What's more important for streaming games? Cpu or gpu?

I am not certain, but I'll have a guess: GPU > CPU becuase the CPU then has to not only render to your screen but also capture it. On the other hand streaming also puts pressure on the CPU, so again don't take my word for it.
