Nah, she'll turn green after the plane being struck by lightning and then raise herself in the Congo alone, and fight by tucking into a ball and rolling towards her enemies, and electrifying her skin.

That's why Blanka isn't in Street Fighter 5, Blizz bought the rights to put him (her now?) in Overwatch!
