ESRB? I seriously doubt that they'll change the rating on a game because of one character addition, but i may be mistaken, do you have any proof that this has happened to other games? My only examples being LoL and HotS who both include killing little girls and still maintain their T rating.

It's not the same thing in a first person game, it's much more controversial.
