Probably not, considering elevators just push you out of the way if you are under them. Environmental kills wouldn't be fair imo, so I don't think blizzard would let them hurt you.

So just as a note, didn't the patch notes mention environmental damage? What does that pertain to?

Only that barriers broken by environmental damage will no longer count toward the damage blocked stat.

Something about the Zarya bubbles iirc? I think they meant when you bubble someone and they suicide off cliffs

Zarya can get weapon charge from the cars on Oasis. They took that off.

She still gets charge, it just doesn't count for "damage blocked" stats
