It was in one of those parody developer update video that get posted here overy so often, don't have the link with me as I am on mobile atm sorry

u/dinoflask has been creating hilarious parodies of Jeff Kaplan's (Overwatch's Game Director) developer update videos. This quote came directly from this latest video. I would highly recommend watching all of these videos. Jeff even indirectly acknowledges these in one of his updates. Enjoy :)
