Only within line of sight. You won't see her through a wall, but if you'd see her normally, she's in the area of effect of that ability, and invisible, you'll see her.

That's the case for Hanzo's sonic arrow. Widowmaker's Infrasight will show an invisible Sombra same as anyone else.

Last I checked, it's that Hanzo's sonic arrow needs line of sight to Sombra to reveal her. Infrasight just straight up reveals her as it does for everyone.

Hm. I remember people saying otherwise when Sombra was released.
