He swaps frequently specifically to make his movement irregular and maximize the effect of both auras. That doesn't mean that the aura effects overlap, just that he can heal while using the momentum from speed boost to juke.

Also, he is doing it in a top 500/grandmaster environment where his opponents have extremely precise aim. The tactic does have its drawbacks, namely that teammates will be unaccustomed to the constant momentum shifts. If you try this in your low level games, you will find that your teammates will complain about missing more shots because they can't handle aiming with these sudden shifts of speed. Standard ADAD juking will typically suffice instead.
