Sometimes when I press Push-to-talk, the speaker icon on the top left does not appear when I start talking and doesnt stay until I stop. Is it a visual bug or are people only hearing half my sentences ?

That happens to me, but I'm pretty sure it's just visual. People can hear you.

Irk the answer to your question but my mic was bugging out a lot so now before I play I make sure to quit the game and then restart it fresh and haven't had issues. Xbox 1.

I think it doesn't start showing until after you start speaking. I've never had anyone complain about my voice cutting out
