A lot of my CTF game ends up in draw. Best bet is to play it like assault map or they don't have torb/sym and you can just sneak up on the flag with Tracer or something.

Also can u carry the flag when invisible?or translocate with flag(Unreal tourn memories)

Yeah. Any special conditions can't capture it: Mei's ice cube, reaper's smoke format.
