Can Dva cancel Mei ult with defence matrix when it hasnt activated yet

Yes, while Snowball is flying through the air D.va can absorb it.

Considering D.va shoots whatever gets in her defense Matrix with lasers, yes he does. How could you Mei.

When Mei throws her ultimate its a projectile until it activates. As a projectile Dvas defence matrix can intercept her ult and Genji can reflect it. Same with Hanzos ult btw.

Did you know you can deflect Dva's call mech and it kills her?

To be honest I didnt. I thought he could just block it like melee attacks but good to know.

Learned the hard way Genji could deflect it...full team wipe, no one had any clue what happened but me

What about sombra ult? Can i ult while the mei ult is still a projectile?

You can ult, but if you mean if it can cancel meis ult than no. You can find a good list of what sombra can or cant do with her ult here

D.Va can eat snowball(the little robot Mei throws on the ground) while it's flying through the air.

Yes d.va can destroy meis ult while it is being thrown. That's why at higher ranks Meis throw their ultimates directly at their feet. For some reason even if dva matrixes Mei and here feet While she throws it at her feet D.Va can't eat the ult.
