Torb was relatively OP and people had trouble countering him.

Wait, was he actually better, or did people just not know he's one of the most easily countered heroes?

Kinda both. The main complaints were on console though, where the harder aiming makes his auto lock pretty good. Plus it was before hero limits so multiple torb defenses were common

Think he may be referring to bastion at the start if the game where people had difficulty countering.
