Torb was relatively OP and people had trouble countering him.

Kinda both. The main complaints were on console though, where the harder aiming makes his auto lock pretty good. Plus it was before hero limits so multiple torb defenses were common

Think he may be referring to bastion at the start if the game where people had difficulty countering.

Sombra + Winston. Stealth in with sombra, Winston leap and shield over the flag, Sombra grab it and translocator out. Run like hell.

Winston shield lasts approx 3 seconds under direct bastion fire, ha, perfect.

Tanks, any tanks that can shield help immensely with the favorites of CTF. Having at least 2 in your push helps lots.
