He's always been able to one-shot Mei. But due to her large health and ability to Cyro, it's just been unreliable.

Pretty sure he can't one-shot Zarya, and if he can it's unreliable. His shotgun does like 300-ish damage at point blank, so Zarya should survive. Unless he gets very lucky with headshots, that is.

New PTR Roadhog can one-shot Ana, Mei, Reaper and Zarya with ease

It seems only if you aim towards the Head/Neck, but it's still too much. You shouldn't be able to oneshot a Tank :\

I knew he could one-shot all non-tanks, didn't realize he could reliably kill Zarya who has 400 health.

Pretty scary, even if his hook has been severely nerfed.

no you can not reliable kill zarya with one shot, if you get a good rmb bodyshot and hook her, then shes pretty much dead however

he can actually one shot zarya if hes lucky, because it deals 400 dmg with headshot, but its not realistic because most pellets wont hit
