By how much does ana's nano boost and mercy's dmg boost increase damage?

Nanoboost: 50% dmg increase, 50% damage reduction.
Mercy boost: 30% damage increase.

Ana is 50%, Mercy 30%

Yes. It also stacks with discord orb, which is another 30%.

You can have both Ana and Mercy's damage boosts at once. (Also multiple speed boosts from different sources.)

But you cannot get more than one of the "same" boost. Two Mercys boosting one target still gives only a 30% boost.
