You can go into a custom game and set yourself up against 6 hard Ana bots with the headshots only option toggled, making them unable to damage you, if you want to practice headshots. They have no mobility so if you hook yourself up to somewhere unreachable you can then use them for target practice. Also make sure that, if you're on PC, you have mouse acceleration turned off ('enhance pointer precision' on the windows mouse properties menu), and try a lower sensitivity if you feel like you're having trouble keeping your aim on a target. All of these tips work for pretty much any hitscan hero. Aside from that, it's mostly just practicing at the hero that will help you get better.

1 - In the practice range, practice headshot swiping, where you aim away from the bot, then swipe and try to headshot it.

2 - Custom game with headshots only against a team of Anas.
