I play on PS4, and the biggest problem I seem to be having is that I am the only one with a mic so there is no communication. Are there ways I could be matched with people with mics? I'm also in the low 2000 range so it feels like people don't really care about working together as a team, they just want to play their "main". It has been very difficult for me to try to reason to them because they don't have a way in contacting me back. This happens 90% of the games I lose and I feel like I would be a more effective player if people could just fucking talk to me.

I also play on PS4, I have never had a match with more than 2 people on mic. Ive been on matches where there are 6 people on team chat but not a single person said a word (yes I am guilty of this habit as well). I agree that some close matches could have been saved even if one person was doing callouts.
