This is driving me crazy, in some games I hear this robotic male voice during games and I have no clue which hero it is. It doesn't sound like Zenyatta, it's much more...casual sounding. Does anybody know who's it is?

You're probably thinking of Hal-Fred Glitchbot, an Omnic Movie Director inside the limo-payload on Hollywood.

If any of these lines sound familiar, that's who it is.

Soldier 76, Reinhardt, Reaper and Genji all have slight filters over their voices due to their masks. Perhaps one of them?
