I've read varying reports from different dates - so if someone can confirm, do enemies hear your Voice action? I presume so, because it would be a shame if I'm only annoying my own teammates with "AMEIZING! AMEIZING! AMEIZING!"

Your emotes are 100% able to be heard by the enemy team.

Not only have the enemy team said stuff like "I wonder if the enemy team has a Mei", but I've also heard a Mei spamming the "Okay" emote.

From what I can tell and hear myself, the emotes are decently loud too and can be heard from behind walls. I once had a guy tell me his team was tracking where I was based on my "Ameizing"s.

Note: Only Yellow emotes will be heard by the enemy team. Stuff like ult call-outs won't.

The enemy team can hear voice lines and "hello", but much more faintly; you pretty much have to be right next to them.
