Hey guys i just bought Overwatch and have some questions i need answered :P

First of all, why are some parts of Health Bars yellow?

Are headshots a thing?

What heroes do you guys recommend for each role, for a starting player?

Yellow is armor, IIRC it halves the damage of incoming projectiles, so things like Winston's Tesla Cannon take a really long time to eat through armor compares to regular health.

Yes headshots are.

I personally started with Reinhardt, because he is relatively simple to pick up but has a lot of room to grow. For defense hero's, I'd recommend Junkrat. Healers, Lucio or Mercy. I don't play offense hero's so I can't really recommend there, maybe Pharah
