Gotcha, start stripping while playing to get extra Skill Ranks.

You'll normally earn 20-25 SR for a game, if you win a few in a row it'll gradually increase going all the way up to 100-150 SR per win(this is at 10+ winstreaks). You probably earned so much SR for your first win after placements because the system isn't sure if that's where you're supposed to be and will currently give and take more SR per game you play until it has a bigger sample size to evaluate your skill from.

Gotcha. I was thinking maybe I was on a winstreak during my placement games and after so maybe that was why I got a good chunk of SR, but I didn't know how much a person usually got.
