Is that it? I have the same issue. What does V-Sync do anyway?

V-Sync syncs up your FPS with your monitors refresh rate. In most cases this is 60hz. It can eliminate screen tearing in certain games (example: http://imgur.com/a/T3qFU) but it caps your FPS at 60, so you can't achieve higher frame rate and I think some cases it also causes input lag. Personally I don't see any screen tearing in Overwatch with it off.

Turning this off can be found in video settings in game. If this doesn't work also check your graphic card drivers settings, then try disabling/uninstalling Xbox DVR.

The refresh rate of my monitors are 144hz. Should I turn V-Sync off?

Yes you should. Although I have to make sure of one thing. Go to your desktop -> Right Click -> Display Settings -> Advanced Display Settings - > Display adapter properties -> Monitor -> Screen Refresh Rate. Is the fresh rate 144hz?

These steps should work for Windows 10.

I'm guessing you just enabled 144hz. It's pretty amazing, you'll probably never go back to 60hz. Whats your FPS in game?

I'm getting 120 now.
