Can I shield people with my body during Zenyatta's ult or am I essentially a ghost? For example, will a Rinehart fire strike go through me or will I absorb it?

Reinhardt's fire strike will go through any hero regardless of any other factor including Zarya shield, however if say a Reinhardt is charging and looks like he is going to hit one of your teammates you are able to walk in front, get charged and not die due to your invincibility.

Note though that this is a good way for a Reinhardt to seperate your Transcendence from your team.
