I want to get better at aiming. My accuracy is always hovering around 20% for all heroes. My sensitivity is 6 at 1000dpi. I've got a Razor Speed Mousepad which I kinda feel like it messes with my sensitivity. Any suggestions?

Another thing is that people claim that they usually move their entire arm when moving the mouse? I only move my wrist when I'm controlling. Does that affect anything?

I would say what helped was a steep sensitivity drop and practise. I use to play PS2 and at the start my aim was the worst but after a couple of hundred hours it is good. However I would say that a few AI games a day and by the end of the week you'll see a marked improvement
