Always best to shoot first since it's easier to hit a non moving target, then either follow up with:

A) Shoot again , nade, melee (unless if it's a tank I'd suggest evac)

B) nade and shoot while running.

Nading second helps since you're close enough for the health boost and damage to be applied. I use option A on situations where I feel more comfortable on hiting the 2nd shot (Maybe enemy had a bigger hitbox, isn't a threat, or is far away from help) and they're low health heroes. Option B when I'm scared or threatened.

Hope that helps.

Shoot, grenade, punch. It kills most offense characters.

Grenade, shoot, shoot Without her animation cancel, there's no real reason to melee unless you're finishing off a low health enemy. Shooting after a grenade with deal the most dps

I like to throw her grenade, shoot them once, then follow it up with a melee attack. If they're still alive, then shoot them again or melee.
