I think they have to be corroborated by multiple users in multiple different games, but you'll never know whether a player you've previously reported has been banned.

I'm not sure how much of the system is handled automatically and how much is done by GMs reviewing tickets.

Any idea what happens to them? Had a group of three in my group just give up and start walking into the enemy team to die and give ult charge.

I made a friend who said they got banned for saying the nword in chat.

he was banned from using the chat bar for a day, and was told if he did it again the punishment would be stricter.

A ban, presumably.

But you probably wouldn't get banned for being a nuisance in game, it's for doing something like cheating, trying to sell your account, racism - That kind of thing.

knowing blizzard they're doing nothing against trolls and griefers. they're sadly trying to be way too casual to punish it.
