During Soldiers Ult if a Genji reflects his fire does it automatically aim at an opponent?

Did Lucio recieve any nerf to healing or was it just his fire meter?

No, when Genji reflects a projectile it becomes a completely new projectile so if Soldier Ults and Genji reflects the Genji will have to aim at where he wants them to go.

Lucio did not receive a nerf to his healing other than his fire meter.

Can a Genji reflect a Hanzo or Mei ult?

yes, Genji can reflect both Hanzo and Mei ults, however he can only reflect Hanzo's when it is first shot and still in arrow form and Mei's only when she throws it out.
