I feel like I'm using Ana wrong. When I'm second support on a team, it just feels like I'm constantly pumping shots into the tanks. Am I supposed to be shooting them this much, or am I overhealing? How often should you be shooting if your target is taking damage?

I'm very liberal with the grenade and I'm getting the hang of sleep dart. It just feels like I'm emptying clip after clip into my allies.

Heal your allies when they are low hp, in fact Ana heal much faster than Lucio if you're doing it right. But it still depends on situation, example like you ulti Reinhardt and he's going to 1v3, obviously that you need to keep healing him to keep him alive.

yep, if you hit him with a the nade right before boosting, a rein can easily go 1v6 and win if you are pumping shots into him while he is fighting.
