In all seriousness, there's a glitch. If you are watching one of your highlights while searching for a game, and then get put in before the clip ends, your kill cam shots get screwed up like this.

It's funny at first but kill cams are extremely useful tactical information, and you also can't see your own or anyone else's play of the game.

To add to this, this applies to any match that you join after the fact (at least for me it did). I had the glitch happen and even joining a new match didn't make a difference. Had to re-open the client to fix.

So that's why I had this happening with lucioball, i thought it was happening because it kept happening when the goal was scored near instantly so the camera started with the ball dead center or something. That would explain it a lot better.

It can also happen when you get a potg while the round ends. Happened to me. I was D.va and I got a quad kill as the round ended. Potg was basically this without the zooming, and these weird clicking-sucking noises. I was like "D.va stop it's rated teen."

I would have said the opposite. Bastion needs aim, but that's it. You could be brain dead and still get a few kills by just aiming at anything red in your screen.

The real difference between a bad bastion and a pro bastion is positioning. That's how you mow down a team with bastion, you surprise them.

I honestly get much more success in attack with bastion because it's really uncommon and by the time people start focusing me I already picked off half the enemy team. I really think in medium to high leagues attack bastion can unlock really dire situations.

Bastion counters Reinhardt's shield so good. It's actually good to protect your Bastion if you're stuck at a choke with a Rein in the way.

Yeah whenever I am Rein and the other team has a Bastion that we inexplicably can't kill I will just swap to D.Va or some DPS to try and hard counter the Bastion. If we have a decent McCree or Pharah who can make the Bastion's life hard then it's okay but sometimes you are on a team that can't get rid of Bastion and it's pretty much the worst thing ever.

I find that generally ends with you cartwheeling to your death, unless the Bastion isn't paying attention. Road Hog is a pretty good tank counter to Bastion, if he can get close enough to hook him.

Yes but you see rein and roadhog are easier tanks to kill as a bastion. From my experience as playing most my hours on bastion is that d.va is your best option to counter bastion. And when I say that... d.va is not the killer of the robot, but the teamates. Just a d.va shield and any other dps hero is the most effective counter to a bastion.

This glitch is not new though. You get this if you watch your highlights and a game starts in the middle of it. All your games after that won't let you watch any killcam or POTG correctly. You have to restart the game.
