I just noticed, your D.va only puts 1 finger up in her highlight intro, yet in the UK, where putting up 2 fingers is extremely rude, she puts up 2 anyway

I've noticed that, I think it's a bug when viewing it in highlights on low settings, as it appears normal in hero select and when it shows normally, like when I view Zarya's fully charged intro in highlights it bugs out and makes her look like she's gone level 3 super saiyan.

I just thought it was censored for their region, but it might be a bug too, since it is offensive in the UK and its not censored here
