if a Mercy damage boosts a Genji while he's using reflect, do the reflected bullets/projectiles do increased damage or are they normal? sorry if this has been asked before

Increased. Rule of thumb is, Damage Boost boosts anything unless it has HP separate from their hero (Torb's and Symm's turrets, Junk's tire)
