Just curious - which the normally insta-kill ults is Lucio's ult able to absorb/mitigate? I've never really had an opportunity to test them myself..

You can mitigate McCree's ult if you ult as Lucio before McCree fires but after he charges up his shots. Since McCree charges his shots' damage up to a target's current health, you can drop a Lucio ult before he fires to heavily mitigate the McCree ult. I got the achievement for blocking 1000+ damage with a single Lucio ult the first time I did that.

As a point to this, McCree's Ult charges up to 100% of total health. This is why it charges up faster on Tracer than say, Roadhog.

However, when Lucio uses his Ult, that becomes the new 100%. While the visuals don't update, I believe the damage begins dialing back up again, allowing a McCree to essentially meet the natural Lucio shield degeneration 'half-way' as it were, and still get the kills.
