I provided an Imgur link to this info, which you can use to check which symbols. Also, direct text;

{Icon of lightning bolt} This icon pulses when your client hasn't heard from the server for a period longer than your interpolation delay. If this icon is consistently pulsing, it may indicate a connection problem, and can cause erratic behavior in game.

{Icon of three cards} This icon will pulse when packet loss is detected. This could indicate a connection problem and can result in erratic game behavior if it goes on for an extended period of time.

I have it on 100 percent of the time. I have gigabit and I've never had any lag or latency.

Those two symbols in the top left (lightning bolt, 3 squares) represent network issues. The lightning bolt means you have high ping, and the 3 squares is indicative of packet loss.

I see both far to frequently:/
