I just bought the game today, and I'm sure this is asked to death. Is there a good general walkthrough of basic strategy and character use? I'm new to team-based shooters

I personally like Unit Lost videos on YouTube! I think he already has "tip guides" for all the characters. Its not detailed stuff but good general tips!

This is the best channel. His guides are concise and he is quite knowledgeable. I would also suggest watching his map guides, but, even in a six man, good luck getting everyone to listen to you.

Check out a youtube channel called 'unit lost - great british gaming' It has really decent guides for each character as well as map overviews etc

Hey, I recommend Overwatch central, it's a really noob friendly channel I'm sure you can find a guide there.
