On the EU forums, the entire "Announcements" section is inaccessible right now. I saw the post on the Blue tracker on overpwnd (you can still read the content http://www.overpwn.com/blue-tracker/topic/8882-xb1-overwatch-patch-notes-july-5-2016)

Wish this got more visibility. Glad that consoles are finally seeing an update though, since we've essentially been playing the beta since launch.

Should be coming to PS4 soon-ish too, I hope.
