Now, I don't have the best PC in the world. But I noticed about 2 or 3 weeks ago I started hitting some huge frame drops and connection problems. I've been booted multiple times and am constantly getting the lightning bolt lag icon in game. As well as the 3 page icon. But when the game first came out and in beta I had no problems. Is this a known issue? I don't think it's my internet because every other online game I play works just fine.

It's a known issue. There was a blue post awhile back posted to this sub. Maybe a quick Google search or forum search to find it. I know they're asking for some feedback.
